    Pastor Ritchey is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God with 30 years of experience in Pastoral Ministry.  He holds degrees from the University of Valley Forge and The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.  Pastor Ritchey and his wife Lori have 2 children: Logan and Landon.

    Rev. Rodney Mason


    Pastor Mason is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God with over 40 years ministry experience. He holds a degree from Zion Bible Institute.  He served several churches in the Potomac District of the Assemblies of God. His position includes Preaching and Pastoral Care.

    Jacinda Davenport

    Jacinda has many years experience in Children's Ministry, six of these as staff at Lighthouse. She wants to serve the children and their families of Lighthouse and our community.  Her greatest desire is to see children grow in God.  Jacinda and her husband JD have 3 children: Hope, Levi and Holly.

    Crystal has been leading worship for over 30 years. Her desire is to see people experience the presence of God.  She attended Messiah College and she is a full-time Nurse. Crystal and her husband Greg have 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren.

    Karen has been working at Lighthouse overseeing various ministries for over 10 years. She holds a degree from Millersville University.  Before joining Lighthouse Staff, she taught K-6th grade Music in the Downingtown School District.

    Nancy has been working at Lighthouse for over 10 years in the church office. She desires to be a blessing to the leadership, staff and the church. Nancy and her husband Larry have 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren.
