  • Rev. Stephen Ritchey

    Lead Pastor

    Pastor Ritchey is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God with over 30 years experience in Pastoral Ministry. As senior pastor of Lighthouse since 1994, his desire is to help individuals encounter Jesus, resulting in spiritual life transformation. He is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge and holds a master’s degree from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. Pastor Ritchey and his wife Lori have 2 adult children: Logan and Landon.

  • Rev. Rodney Mason

    Associate Pastor / Care

    Pastor Mason is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God with over 40 years of ministry experience. He served several churches in the Potomac District of the Assemblies of God and joined the staff at Lighthouse in 2014. His desire for Lighthouse is to see an outpouring of the Holy Spirit like never before. He holds a degree from Zion Bible Institute (now Northpoint Bible College). He and his wife Terry enjoy serving in the care ministry together.

  • Rev. Dr. Mark Boucher

    Associate Pastor / Discipleship

    Pastor Mark is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God with over 40 years of ministry experience. He pastored churches in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania before moving into the Lancaster area and joining the staff in 2022. His passion is seeing people develop into strong disciples of Christ who understand discipleship as Christ living in them and through them. He holds a Doctorate degree in Ministry from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He and his wife Terry have been married over 40 years and share an adult daughter, Nicole.

  • Rev. Landon Ritchey

    Youth Pastor / Spiritual Community

    Pastor Landon is a Licensed Minister of the Assemblies of God. He joined the staff in 2021. His desire is to see people set free from their sin and to live a life of holiness for God. He graduated from the University of Valley Forge with a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Leadership and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership. Pastor Landon takes pride in being a literal lifelong member of Lighthouse.

  • Bobbie Dimick

    H.E.A.R.T.S

    Bobbie Dimick has been involved in Biblical counseling and prayer ministry since 1996. She has a Masters degree in Counseling from the Biblical Theological Seminary (formerly in Hatfield PA) and was an RN for 30 years. Bobbie began ministering at Lighthouse through H.E.A.R.T.S in 2021 and joined the staff in 2022. Her desire is to see Christians increasingly overwhelmed by the love of Christ and therefore living in such freedom and joy that others are drawn to Jesus. Bobbie and her late husband, Greg, pastored for 46 years together and share an adult son, Mark.

    Crystal has been leading worship for over 30 years. Crystal joined the leadership team as worship director at Lighthouse in 1996, growing our worship ministry to include several teams. Her desire is to see people experience the presence of God. She is a licensed practical nurse. Crystal and her husband Greg have 3 grown children and 11 grandchildren.

  • Rev. Jeannette Scott

    Since 2011 Jeannette has been a Certified Minister of the Assemblies of God. She is a graduate of Global University Berean School of the Bible and holds an ICF certification as a Life and Leadership Coach. She has been attending Lighthouse since 2019 and started volunteering soon after. She officially joined the staff in 2022 bringing with her over 25 years of voluntary ministry experience. Jeannette’s desire is to help people become fully devoted followers of Jesus, equip them to make disciples locally and globally, and prepare Lighthouse for the next great revival. Jeannette and her husband Bob have 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.

  • Judy Taylor

    Judy has been attending Lighthouse since November 2022. She started volunteering in early 2023 helping Pastor Landon develop Guest Services. Judy has a Master’s Degree in Music Therapy and Expressive Arts from Immaculata University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education from University of Vermont. Judy desires to see God change a person's life through powerful encounters in worship, creative expression and prayer. She loves to help others deepen their relationship with Jesus, develop strong friendships within the church family, and find healing through serving the Lord. Judy and her husband have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.

  • Karen Boots

    Karen came to Lighthouse in 1999. She worked as a volunteer treasurer for 5 years until officially joining the staff in 2009, devoting her life to serving the church family. Her desire is to see people set free from their past and empowered to overcome as they worship the Lord. She loves to minister through percussion on the worship team and to witness as others encounter God. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Millersville University in Music Education. Before joining Lighthouse Staff, she taught K-6th grade Music in the Downingtown School District for ten years. She has been married to her husband Howard for 30 years.

  • Logan Ritchey

    Administration / Kids Ministry

    Logan became a part time staff member in 2018 after volunteering in a variety of areas starting in 2014. Her desire is to equip believers with the resources they need to serve Jesus through their God-given talents and passions. She holds 2 degrees in Education from the University of Valley Forge and was a Special Education teacher in the Reading School District for three years before joining the Lighthouse staff full time in 2021.

    Nancy and her family began attending Lighthouse in 2001. She began working in the church office in November 2002. Her desire is to be a blessing to the leadership, staff, and the church. This is her ministry unto the Lord. Nancy and her husband Larry have 2 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

  • Shannon Rios

    Outreach

    Shannon and her family accepted Jesus after being invited to Lighthouse in 2012. Shannon started volunteering in 2013 and has since spearheaded many discipleship and evangelistic programs. She officially joined the staff in 2022. Shannon’s desire is to see all people experience the radical life changing love, freedom, miracles, wonders and salvation only Jesus can provide just as she has. Shannon and her husband Carlos have three children: Jonathan, Jiselle, Jadiel.

  • Sherri Pfitzenmeyer

    Care / Fellowship

    Sherri has been attending Lighthouse since 2007. After years of volunteering, Sherri began leading the kitchen ministry in 2014 and helped to found the 49ers ministry in 2018. She officially joined the staff in 2022. Sherri desires to serve and care for the needs of others, creating times of fun fellowship in a family filled atmosphere. Sherri and her husband Lloyd have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren.

  • Noah Berkey

    Facilities

    Noah has been attending Lighthouse since 2007. He started volunteering in 2018 and has served as the ministry lead for Young Adults since 2022. He officially joined the staff in 2023. Noah desires to encourage people to follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit and step into the unique will of the Lord for their lives.
